This Privacy Policy explains what information ListNowForLess collects, why we collect it, and what you can do about it. The Site is operated by Magnum Machines Inc., a Wyoming corporation ("we", "us", "our").
By using listnowforless.com you agree to the practices described here.
1. Information You Give Us
- Account information — your name, email address, phone number, and password when you register.
- Business information — company name, address, and tax identification number if you sell as a business or reach the thresholds of the INFORM Consumers Act.
- Listing content — the descriptions, photographs, prices, and location you publish. This is public by design.
- Messages — enquiries you send through the Site to other users or to us.
- Payment details — if you buy a membership plan or a promoted listing. Card numbers are handled by our payment processor and never stored on our servers.
2. Information We Collect Automatically
- IP address, browser type, device type, and operating system;
- pages viewed, searches run, and time spent on the Site;
- the page that referred you to us;
- cookies and similar technologies, as described in section 6.
3. How We Use It
We use the information to operate the Site: to create and secure your account, publish your listings, connect buyers with sellers, process payments for paid services, answer your questions, send service notifications, detect fraud and abuse, comply with legal obligations, and improve how the Site works.
We send marketing email only if you subscribed to it. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link. Service messages about your account or your listings are not marketing and cannot be turned off while your account is active.
4. What Is Public
Your listings, your seller display name, your general location, and any contact details you choose to publish are visible to anyone, including search engines. Do not put information in a listing that you do not want made public.
Your email address and password are never displayed publicly.
5. Who We Share It With
We do not sell your personal information.
We share it only with:
- Service providers who run parts of the Site for us — web hosting, email delivery, and payment processing. They may use it only to provide that service to us.
- Other users, to the extent needed to complete a transaction you initiated.
- Law enforcement or regulators, when required by law, subpoena, or court order, or where we believe disclosure is necessary to prevent fraud or harm.
- A successor, if our business is merged, acquired, or its assets sold. We will post notice on the Site if that happens.
6. Cookies
We use cookies to keep you logged in, remember your location filter and language, and understand how the Site is used. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but parts of the Site will stop working properly if you do.
We honor Global Privacy Control signals where our systems can detect them.
7. Data Retention
We keep account information for as long as your account is open. After you close it, we delete or anonymize your personal information within a reasonable period, except where we must keep records for tax, accounting, fraud prevention, or legal reasons. Copies may remain in backups for a limited time.
8. Security
The Site uses encrypted connections and we restrict internal access to personal information. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee that unauthorized access will never occur. Use a strong, unique password and tell us promptly if you think your account has been compromised.
9. Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- know what personal information we hold about you;
- receive a copy of it;
- correct information that is inaccurate;
- ask us to delete it;
- opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information — we do not sell or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising;
- not be discriminated against for exercising any of these rights.
To make a request, email support@listnowforless.com from the address on your account. We will respond within 45 days and may ask for information to verify your identity. You may use an authorized agent; we will ask for proof of their authority.
Residents of California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas, and other states with comprehensive privacy laws have these rights under their state statutes.
10. California Shine the Light
California residents may request information about personal data we disclosed to third parties for their direct marketing purposes in the previous calendar year. We do not make such disclosures.
11. Children
The Site is not intended for anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has given us information, email support@listnowforless.com and we will delete it.
12. Users Outside the United States
The Site is operated in the United States and intended for the U.S. market. If you access it from elsewhere, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those in your country.
13. Links to Other Sites
Listings may link to sites we do not control. This policy does not apply to them. Read their privacy policies before giving them your information.
14. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy. The revised version will be posted here with a new date. If the changes are material, we will give notice on the Site before they take effect.
